Our story

Built since 2017

Flush Forged has made custom forged wheels since 2017. Its wheels are now exclusively distributed in Singapore.

We started with one idea: a wheel should be made for the car it goes on, not the other way round.

Since 2017, Flush Forged has designed and forged more than 1,000 sets of wheels for drivers around the world, from daily-driven sedans to track-built M cars and Porsches. Every set starts as a solid block of aluminium, is forged under pressure, then machined to the exact size, offset and finish its owner asked for.

That is what the name stands for. A flush fitment, where the wheel fills the arch with no gap and no rubbing, only comes from getting the numbers right for each car. Now Singapore drivers can order the same wheels locally, with fitment worked out for their car and prices from S$1,850 a set.

How it works

Every set is made for one car. Nothing goes into production until you are happy with the design and the offset.

    Pick a build from the gallery, or send us a photo of the look you are after, with your car's model and year.

    Pay a deposit

    A deposit gets your design started.

  3. 03

    See your renderings

    Our team generates comprehensive renderings of your design and confirms the offset and specs for a flush fit. This takes 1–2 weeks.

  4. 04

    Approve and pay

    Happy with it? Full payment locks in your production slot.

  5. 05

    Forged for you

    Production takes 4–5 weeks. Your set is forged, machined and finished, then shipped to you in 1–2 weeks.

Prices are for a set of four one-piece forged wheels. Special finishes, aggressive offsets, two- and three-piece designs or more complex builds may carry an additional charge. If they do, we tell you exactly what it is and why before you confirm.

You pay a deposit to get started. Our team then generates comprehensive renderings of your design and confirms the offset for your car. If you are happy with it, full payment locks in your production slot and production starts.

About 6–9 weeks from your deposit to delivery: 1–2 weeks for renderings and finalising the offset and specs, 4–5 weeks of production, and 1–2 weeks of shipping. Every set is forged to order for your car.

Yes. We work out the size, width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore for your exact model and year, check clearance over your brakes, and send you the spec to approve before anything is made.

Yes. Start from one of our builds or send us a picture of what you have in mind, and we will design the set with you. Finishes include gloss, satin, brushed, polished, bronze, two-tone and custom colours.

Manufacturing defects, for one year from delivery.

The base price depends only on wheel size, from S$1,850 for a set of four 17-inch wheels to S$2,500 for 22-inch. Special finishes, aggressive offsets, two- and three-piece designs or more complex builds may cost more. Any extra is itemised in your quote before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
